About Us

Making Workers' Comp Easier to Navigate

Clinical and medical-legal expertise, connected technology, and a better process for closing claims with confidence.

Our Story

Built to Simplify Claim Closure

RateFast was founded to address one of the biggest bottlenecks in workers' compensation: moving a claim to resolution once medical treatment has been administered. Our team blends clinical and medical-legal expertise with technology, giving clinics, enterprise clients, TPAs, and nurse case managers a more connected process and the timely, accurate reporting they need to resolve claims.

Connected Process

A More Connected Claims Process

Too many claims stall in the gap between medical treatment, claims management, and reporting. RateFast closes that gap, giving treating physicians and claims teams the timely, accurate medical-legal reporting they need to move claims efficiently toward closure.

The result is a more coordinated process where everyone benefits.

Clinics

Reduce administrative burden so providers can focus on patient care.

Enterprise clients and TPAs

Lower indemnity spend and rely less on QMEs and IMEs.

Nurse case managers

Spend less time chasing correspondence.

Employers

Know where they stand with their injured workers sooner, and injured workers can move past their injuries with fair outcomes.

Our Values
