Job Posting: Head of Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our leadership team and drive the next phase of growth. This role is responsible for building and leading a high- performing sales organization, expanding our customer base, and deepening relationships with existing clients.  

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of multiplying revenue year-over-year through a combination of direct sales and strategic partnerships. As a fully remote company, we value individuals who thrive in a distributed environment, work independently, and collaborate respectfully with their teammates.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Focus on key segments: physicians, clinics, self-insured employers, insurance adjusters, and workers’ comp professionals.
  • Utilize direct sales and partnerships to drive exponential revenue growth.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline and optimize outreach.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
  • Recruit and mentor sales professionals with healthcare and workers’ comp experience.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Understand customer pain points and position RateFast’s solutions effectively.
  • Represent RateFast at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product development and positioning.
  • Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership and the board.
